Day 18: The Right to Life = The Right To Money

It is common knowledge that our Human Rights include a Right to Life. This Right to Life can be found in several notable international instruments. For example article 3 the Universal Declaration of Human rights. Here it is stated that everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person. A similar provision can be found in article 2 European Convention on Human Rights and article 6.1 the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

The definition of the Right to Life according to the European Convention on Human rights place both negative and positive obligations on the state. The negative obligation is simply to not – unless it is absolutely necessary – impose deadly violence on its citizens. The positive obligations include having effective law-enforcement machinery. However, the positive obligations should not be interpreted in a way, which impose an impossible or disproportionate burden on the authorities. Suffice to say, the current definition of the Right to Life is limited.

If we look at the word Life in the dictionary we find the following definition:

The condition that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic matter, including the capacity for growth, reproduction, functional activity, and continual change preceding death.

As such, the way we have defined Life currently is simply as being the difference between organic and inorganic matter. In using this limited definition of life, it is easy to see that the Right to Life would merely involve not being killed. But, the word Life does hold more potential than merely being an indicator of what is organic and what is not organic. Life, and living life, entails quality, entails being able to live with dignity, and being gifted the opportunities to create your dreams. Because, is life really life if it cannot be lived to its fullest?

Can we say that a person born into poverty has a life? We can conclude that he is organic, he is breathing and his heart is beating – however – is this sufficient for us to call this person a living being? And this brings us to the word survival – because survival and living is not the same thing, yet they can be easily mixed up.

Survival is defined in the dictionary as follows:

The state or fact of continuing to live or exist, typically in spite of an accident, ordeal, or difficult circumstances.

What stands out is the word EXISTS – and that is the difference between living and surviving. When you are surviving, being of organic matter, you exist, when you are living, you are able to create and build something from your existence. Your able to make yourself bloom, expand and reach your fullest potential and anything less than cannot be defined as living.

For example, by implication, the Right to Life must include a Right to Money, because without Money, you cannot possibly create a life for yourself in this world. Without money you do not have a voice. Thus it is fascinating to observe that in the discussions regarding the Right to Life, and in the various Human Rights conventions – there has been NO mention of the Right to Money.

Though, when you look at it, it is easy to see that for anyone to actually LIVE – they must have money. With money you buy food and clothes, and you pay for rent. To get a decent education, you must have money. All the basic Human Rights require Money in some way or another to be fulfilled and realized – hence the Right to Money should be obvious.

Some might argue that there should not be such a thing as a Right to Money, because apparently, money is earned. However, the truth is that money is manufactured. Money is created by banks, federal and private, and lent out at an interest – and this is the way money is brought into circulation. The idea that money should be earned is as such a fiction pushed by the ruling classes in order to ensure that the way money is created and distributed in society is not questioned.

The Human Right of The Right to Life cannot only be seen as a Right not to be killed – it is also – by implication – a Right to Create Your Own Life – a Right to have Access To Money. Today, we have the notion that money is a scarce resource – this is a artificial scarcity created by the fact that all money are introduced into society as debt with an interest – causing a constant shortage of money. And this is nothing short of a human rights abuse – when we consider how dependent we all are on money to be in our lives for us to be able to live effectively.

Day 17 The Purpose of Criminal Laws

Here I would like to bring some considerations for anyone interested into understand how our criminal law actually functions.

In every single civilization that we have constructed as humanity, it seems like there is always something going terribly wrong, but somehow we perceive that to be outside of ourselves, and this has been going for a quite long period of time in our entire civilization as humanity, the criminal law is at the end, just the reflection of how we search for someone to blame for the current existence of the entire humanity and how is it that we haven´t looked within ourselves to see that which we project outside of us, which to me seems like the most retrograde way of dealing with something that is actually the very reason of our “enslavement to HUMAN NATURE”, in each period, in each ideology, the principle of polarity seems to be what direct this idea that apparently there is someone that is simply evil in this world, and within that, that we are able to justify “our right to live” by removing or punishing that part of ourselves that we have simply projected onto another person so that we are able to preserve our “way of living”…

The fundamental principle of every law is to preserve the social order, this order implies that each and every single human being participating in the system is subdued to the rules imposed onto them by an external will that will only act accordingly to the principles that has been determined to it by the same society who accepts and allows such will to rule and manifest itself as the “law”.

The government is nothing else that the will imposed by the same people in order to preserve the order that they believe that “is how the world works”, this principle is named as “the ought” = what the things should be, I don´t have to tell you how much manipulation has taken place to make the people believe in a certain ideology, which manifestation can be traced way back of the existence of the Greeks and even before with the Codes of Hammurabi and so on, and so on.

Yet the same history repeats itself over and over again, and the systems always see their end with each and every single new ideology, why? Because it’s interesting that a criminal only becomes such as the ideology takes place in the mind of the people, educated to see the world and perceive the reality in a certain way. “As more laws are written more criminals are created” – Lao Tzu – 

The government implies a force given to it by the people, as A RIGHT, given to a particular person “trained and instructed on applying the rules that the same society demands in their search of the preservation of the social order” (The judges in the beginning were isolated from all the society and they were teach to be and live only what the laws demands of them as the “representation of this ghostly manifestation called justice”, this of course had for consequence the manifestation of certain events on the history like the inquisition) this right is called in Latin “Ius Punniendi” which means the right to punish, this right is the power given to the state by the people, to take and improve “the necessary means to resolve the problems to maintain the social order” this also implies the creation and establishments of reforms to the system that the government perceive as necessary as long that this maintains the social order.

It’s fascinating how it seems that we are trying to “fight something or someone out there instead of realizing that is each and every single one of us, that by existing in the search of our self-interests, created the current state in which we live in”, the principle is that “each person is following their desires, therefore as each and every single one of us, has this inner movement of self-interests as desires, wishes, wants and needs, each and every single one of us is a treat to each other and therefore we must incarcerate each other so that we are able to be free…from each other…because our interests are at risk of someone else taking them…all of this because we have not been able to understand that as long as we remain in our little bubble of desires, wishes, wants and needs, everyone is subdued and prisoners of each other, and afraid of each other, and that is why we cannot trust another human being, because we cannot even trust ourselves, because we know what we are capable of doing to get that which we want, that is why wars exist, that is why criminals exist.

Frankenstein's Monster

The ability to create money out of nothing and collect interest on lending it out to borrowers, and being able to sell and repackage those debts into financial instruments that could then be used to speculate on and influence other markets such as food, government bonds, and commodities spread like wildfire throughout the financial system - and across the world these financial instruments were sold, repackaged, and then sold again so many times that its original value has can no longer be determined, but the debt that was created when the instrument was sold could not be discharged or forgiven because it was impossible to pay back something that was created out of nothing, and demands more than nothing as repayment.

BEING ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT YOU CANNOT GIVE BACK MORE THAN WHAT IS GIVEN TO YOU UNLESS YOU TAKE FROM SOMEBODY ELSE IS THE ONLY KEY THAT ANYONE NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO SEE THROUGH THE TRICKERY AND DECEPTION OF THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM AND ANYTHING THAT HAS COME OUT OF ITS HYBRID BREEDING CHAMBERS THAT HAVE PRODUCED THE ILLUSION OF PROFIT AND GROWTH - because the only thing that has grown is the amount of money the financial elite have been able to keep for themselves while the debt is constantly being pushed onto the majority trying to pay back something that can never be repaid. 

The ultimate purpose of the laws is to preserve the social order, my right ends where the yours begin; our rights is not what we desire, is not “what we demand as our interest”, the rights should be that which is inherent to life, as each and every single living being, has the right of fulfilling their needs, and…I mean ironically, we have come to a planet that provides all of those requirements for free, but we have the audacity to place a tag with a price on it…

Now, here my question is: Is it really that is not enough for everyone in this world or is it just that we have never taken the fucking initiative to share what we have? Being afraid of sharing cannot be justified as “the means to survival”, the social order SHOULD BE for the survival of the group, and not only humanity, but all forms and expressions of life in this world, a world that is best for all, only requires of all of us to realize that, that we are already on a planet that is already and has been always able to sustain all of us, because it has been doing it since our first breath here, that is why we still exist, there is no problem with the planet, or the sun, it is humanity, we know that, we have always known that. But we remained in silence, because we wanted to remain safe, that is why we also accept wars to take place, we see someone interfering with our interests as the evil guy and we accept others to die, and our loved ones to go to their imminent destruction so that we can be safe, so that our interests are safe. We may think that those people are the ones that create the problems in the society, yet, maybe they think the same about us…The “modernity” is the moment when we see consider that “the criminal out there” may be see us as the same treat to their interests, maybe the solution is as simple as just sharing…and to understand this I suggest you to invest in the following interviews to understand this:

Day 8: The Justice of Money

Problem

The law is often portrayed in the symbolism of a woman that is holding a scale in one hand, a sword in the other, and her eyes is covered with a cloth – this symbol is commonly referred to as Lady Justice. The meaning of this symbol – that by the way represents the legal system – is that justice is blind – which would then imply that the law does not place any sort of value unto the person that uses the law to make themselves heard – this person can be of any cultural heritage, rich or poor – this would not matter because apparently the law treats everyone the same.

This idea sounds cool – because I mean – if everyone could use the law in order to make themselves heard – and the law would treat everyone equally – this would mean that people that do not really have any financial muscle could stand up and challenge organizations, corporations, rich people, or governments – when these people find themselves in a weak spot wherein they are abused and not considered as an equally valuable part of society.

But is this how it works? Does the Law treat everyone Equally?

Obviously – the answer is NO – and as such the symbolism of lady Justice is a complete and utter lie – because the law is not about equality – it’s about financial muscle – and it’s about the game of money wherein money is king – and money will buy you the result that you desire.

Consider the following – you’re a poor farmer – and you’ve bought a shit-load of seeds from a big supplier (a big corporation with lot’s of money) – as you plant these you notice that – fuck! – these seeds doesn’t seem to grow at all!

Naturally you as a farmer that is dependent upon your seeds growing up to become vegetables – become quite upset as you see what is unfolding (or rather not unfolding) before your eyes and you accordingly decide to – “sue those fuckers!” – now here the question comes into play – would you as this farmer actually be able to win such a law-suit – and what would be required for you to win a law-suit?

Well – obviously – because you as the farmer are a farmer – and have accordingly spent the majority of your life farming – consequentially you know and care – “nothing about the got-damn laws, and lawyers!” – which in turn means that you must invest in a Lawyer that knows the law – that knows how the justice-system functions – in order for you to have any form of success in a legal process – and this obviously costs – a shit-load of money.

Already at this stage you as a farmer is at a rather precarious position in relation to the corporation – because as you take a big loan to be able to afford a lawyer – the corporation use it’s money that have been specifically put aside to covering the costs of eventual legal processes – in order to hire 15 lawyers – obviously lawyers that are the absolutely best and that are able to persuade even the most resistant and stern judge that a murder should be more seen and defined like a quite upsetting insult.

So – what can be clearly seen in this example is that – the justice-system is NOT equal – the justice-system does not in-fact promote JUSTICE – it promotes what money dictates that it should promote.

In the case of you as the farmer – as you now see this massive array of lawyers amass on your opponents side – suddenly – the chances of your success might feel more distant – and maybe you will at this point begin to think about the consequences of an eventual loss wherein in the court would judge in your disfavor – because this would mean that you would have pay for ALL THOSE superbly expensive lawyers that you’re opponent as the corporation have decided to hire.

So – here we can really question whether there really is any form of chance for you as this farmer to actually be able to win a lawsuit against a big corporation?

And also within this – we should ask ourselves the question – is this how we want our legal system to function? Do we want justice in this world to be measured and defined by the amount of money that you’re able to amass?

Obviously – this is not what we want to have – not any SANE human-being want justice and morality to be in the hands of money – as that is simply psychopathic – because justice and morality are and should be expressions of honoring life – as what is best for all – in actually looking at what is FAIR – what is CORRECT – and what is BEST – and then from there making a decision – which is NOT possible in our current and money-based legal-system – because money isn't FAIR – money is simply money and those that have it are not fair but simply want to have more of it at any cost.

Solution

What is then the solution? How are we able to give everyone a voice to be heard – so that the farmer is able to grow his crops – and he’s able to do his thing – and make money and take care of his family?

Obviously – we require to change how money is allocated in this world – and we have to make sure that no one person or organization has money to control basic necessities – and human rights – because food, water, and a home – that is HUMAN RIGHTS and should be given to everyone – unconditionally.

As such – the solution doesn’t lie in re-creating our justice-system – but the solution lie in re-creating our money system – in making sure that money is given to all equally – and that when disputes arise between human-beings in terms of how to share the resources that are here on earth – that this is sorted out through a democratic process – that is ruled not by considerations of money – but by considerations of what is BEST FOR ALL.

Reward

What would the reward be? Well – no more would anyone have to fear that their very life and existence would be uprooted and turned around – and within this that they wouldn’t have any form of chance or capability to change the turn of events – and instead each one would feel, and experience themselves safe – in knowing that – there is really JUSTICE – FAIRNESS and MORALITY in this world – and that I will not be able to become a victim to a money-driven legal system – and used as a dirty old rag – and thrown away after all my money has been sucked out of me – I would really and in-fact be protected – and I would know that regardless of what happens to me – I will be cared for and treated as an equal.

Day 6 - When Social Rights become Meaningless

Why is there such a big difference between what we declare in our constitutions and international agreements and the actual world we are creating?  

In this blog we will look at social ground rights. This is a specific form of constitutional rights, and we will look specifically at the situation in the Netherlands. Ground rights are a type of rights in a constitution that in theory express ‘the human dignity’ and ‘respect for the individual’, such as the right to privacy, the right to free speech and the right to non-discrimination, etc.

In Dutch law there is a difference between classical ground rights and social ground rights. Classical ground rights will be those rights that are supposed to protect the citizen against abusive tendencies from the government (such as the right to individual freedom and privacy). Here the government stands accountable and the citizen can take the government to court for infringing on his classical ground rights.

With social ground rights, on the other hand, the government is giving itself social responsibilities in relation to the welfare of the population, however this is done without there being any form of accountability.

An example would be the goal to provide “sufficient employment” (Art 19. of the Dutch Constitution: “Improvement of sufficient employment is an object of concern of the government”. See also Art 20: “The subsistence of the population and the spreading of the wealth is an object of concern of the government.”). One could ask what is “sufficient employment”? Hence it is never possible for a citizen to make the government or any institution accountable for not being able to provide “sufficient employment” – because “sufficient employment” conveniently means nothing.

Social ground rights often sound good, but when having a closer look, we see in the very wording of those rights that they stand as empty promises without any form of accountability.

In Equal Money Capitalism for instance the objective is to create 100% employment. That is a clear commitment that cannot be misunderstood. It means that any person who is not able to get employment has the legal right to a job – which must then also be provided, as jobs are that which generates income, which is how the right to a rich and equally abundant life for all is ensured. Obviously Equal Money Capitalism is based on the premise that there is always more than enough work to do – because the journey to perfect and improve life on earth equally for everyone is certainly never complete – and therefore jobs will always be available.

In the current form of capitalism we have become used to the idea that Human and social rights don’t really mean anything, - and hence to the idea that life has inherently no value - and that it is okay for half the world to exist in poverty combined with skyrocketing figures of unemployment, because “hey, we are doing our best.”

This will certainly no longer be acceptable in Equal Money Capitalism. The fulfilling of its social commitments will be the primary way in which the effectiveness of the new system can be measured. The social rights in Equal Money Capitalism will thus be actual commitments that can be measured so that the written words and the lived reality become Equal and One.

Day 5: The Corpus Of Terror

I’ve recently started a new class at my university and it’s about corporate law, and so far I’ve found this extremely fascinating – and the reason for this is because the very origin, and essence as to the psychopathic nature of corporations that act without mercy, and consideration – for one purpose only – PROFIT – is regulated and formed in the corporate law. It’s in-fact in the corporate law where it’s stipulated that the MAIN PURPOSE of the corporation is to generate profit for it’s shareholders. So, in this blog-post I am going to walk you through the very basics of corporate law – to as such show that the idea, and belief that the corporation is somehow to blame for the problems of our world – and the “evil CEO” – is in-fact false – because the problem doesn’t lie within the corporation, or the CEO – these are merely mental ideas of agreement that have been designed and imprinted with the symbolism of greed, as can be seen in the corporate law.

Firstly – I will explain exactly what a corporation is and how it functions. Now – in order to understand how the corporation came to be what it is today it’s of benefit to look back into history – and see why the corporation was first born. As such – the birthplace of the corporation was in the wake of the industrial revolution, as it was realized that a massive infrastructure of railways would really benefit the productivity of the newly created industries. But as you can imagine railways are no cheap thing – and obviously at that time there was no single man that wanted to stand the risk of such a massive investment. Accordingly came the idea of the “joint venture” – meaning that – several investors decided to join together with their riches to as such pave the way for the railways. Yet, there was still one problem – what if the railways didn’t bring any returns? Would then these courageous investors be completely ransacked by bankers, and other debtors claiming back their money? That could obviously not happen – and as such the corporation was formed – and it was designed as a “legal entity” – and would as such be responsible for all the debts and the shareholders (owners) of this legal entity – would as such not have to be personally responsible if their business venture would completely go of rails. The “investors” would as such not have to loose their home, wife, and mule only because their business went to shit – they would be spared and the legal entity (the corporation) would instead take the hits; which wasn’t as serious to the legal entity because it wasn’t a flesh and blood being and didn’t require a home, a wife, or a mule.

Thus – the first railways where built and they were a great success – and much money was made – and within all of this the corporation had been created. And it differed in two major ways in comparison to other business forms that had existed in the past – it didn’t consist of a real person as it was a legal entity, and it’s owners didn’t have to worry about financial failure – because the corporation would be responsible for any debts, and fiscal disasters.

So – to explain the organization of a corporation – it functions as follows – the owners of a corporation is it’s “share-holders” – it’s these persons that put most of the cash into the corporation that make it “come alive” – as they buy their shares in the corpus with the hope that these are later to give more money back (it’s almost like Frankenstein receiving electricity).

These owners though do not personally direct the corporation – because that is what the board of directors does, though they answers under the shareholders. The board of directors though do not control the daily movement and direction of the corporation, because that is what the CEO do – and the CEO answers under the board of directors, that in turn answer under the shareholders. So, here we can see a fascinating thing – that the ownership of the corporation is split from the control of the property of the corporation – because the shareholders own the corporation yet it’s not them that in-fact move, and control the property that is the corporation; as such the shareholders aren't really aware of what their investment of money is up to – all they want is – money back on their investment ASAP!

And this is the very essence of the problem as to why the corporation has become such a all consuming monster in our world – that rebukes any notion of morality in order to further it’s profits. Because what have the shareholders instructed their corporation – with it’s built-in brain as the board of directors, and the arms, and legs as the CEO? Well – they’ve told this corpus to MAKE PROFIT! GET ME SOME RETURNS ON MY STOCK! And what will the CEO, and board of directors do? Well – they want to keep their jobs, and preferably become even more lucrative on the job-market – so they will MAKE MONEY – and lots of it! Regardless of the consequences, because hey – they are only doing their job!

As such – we have the roles in a corporation set up as such that the owners of the corporation doesn’t really know, or care about what the corporation do, as long as it gives them returns on their stock – because the corporation will have to take all the shit if something goes wrong.

So – the very reason as to why CEO’s and board of directors, and corporations – are in essence complete psychopathic maniacs in terms of the decisions that they make – is because this is what they are instructed to do by their shareholders. And who’s the shareholders? Well – that’s you and me – the normal persons – the people that have their pensions stored away in some type of economical format – maybe some type of a stock in a profitable company? And as such – the terror of corporations is brought unto the world by you and me – without us really understanding how our decision to buy stock that we want to make money from – in-fact influence and create the world we know in which corporations acts without mercy and regard for life.

We have created the corporation – and it’s regulated in our law that the main purpose of the corporation is to profit; how can we then in anyway blame the corporations for destroying our world? I mean – we have created them! The corporation is but a dead carcass – a corpus – that we’ve fueled with our money and sent on a rampage in this world to make even more money. As such – no one can stop the corporations – because the corporations are driven by our laws, and are created through political decisions – and funded by the normal guy that saves his pension in some type of a stock (stuck?); as such no activism in the world will stop this beast as the corporation – because the corporation is us in-fact.

Thus – see, realize and understand that the corporation isn’t bad – it’s only received a dysfunctional instruction – instead of writing in the law that the corporations main purpose is to make profit – we could instead write that the main purpose of the corporation is to serve all life on the planet – what a different world we would have then! As CEO’s and boards of directors would suddenly shift their attention – form trying to emulate profit – to instead emulating life – and a supportive environment for all.

See – the corporations are only a consequence of our own nature – and can as such only change when we change the instructions of ourselves, and accordingly how we instruct the extensions of ourselves – as in this case – the corporation.

Day 1: You Should Know The Law! (Really?)

In this blog I will discuss the principle – and idea that exists within law that each citizen of a country has a obligation to know it’s laws – and I will show how unreasonable this assertion is, and how we can change the point so that we instead have a law that is practical – useful and best for all.

One thing that I’ve learned while studying law is that it’s extremely complex – it’s a network of do’s and do not’s interwoven in a complete abyssal array, and chaos of non-specific words – and the information as to how to interpret and read the laws is hidden, and spread all over the place.

An example would be that – in order to understand how a particular law functions about using narcotics – you have to go and find a court case from 1950 – where it’s explained how a particular word in the law is supposed to be understood; and I mean – on top of that – the courts insists upon writing in a language that is ancient and accordingly almost completely incomprehensible.

Now – imagine that on top of this chaos of words that not even the most experienced lawyers, and law professors are able to fully navigate themselves within – there exist a requirement on each citizen – that he SHOULD know the law.

So – in Sweden you’ll be able to be convicted – and incarcerated because you did something that you didn’t even know was criminal to begin with – because apparently you’re supposed to know the law – but just how reasonable is this idea that each one should know the law when it’s obvious that even if you’d dedicate several life times just to understand one single nations laws – it would be a project far to large to be accomplished; as such – the conclusion can be made that this idea that we should all know the law – is just rubbish – it’s an IDEA and not a physical – practical possibility.

Now – in relation to this it’s also interesting to ask oneself the question – if someone breaks the law, and doesn’t know about it – can the law then still be motivated with saying that the purpose of law – and punishment – is to uphold some type of moral standard in society? But how can any such standard be upheld when nobody have a clue as to what the standard is because it’s simply to difficult and hard to understand the law?

The fact that there is an entire education dedicated to studying law shows that there is a serious flaw in the justice system – it shows that justice is not about producing a human character that is best for all – but that it’s about politics, it’s about tactics, and it’s about unpractical and imaginary principles – as to how people should behave, and live that aren’t in alignment with what is REALLY here in this world.

Thus – in order for the law to fill any functional purpose it must be SIMPLE and easy to understand – for EVERYONE – and it must have the sole purpose of producing an effect that is best for all. This is how we suggest that the law is to be established in the Equal Money System – then we would never need to hire a lawyer ever again – as each and everyone would be able to read and comprehend the law – and see the common sense within it.
